Registration & Entry
$400 one-time entry fee — $200 for your FFF trading account and $200 competition entry fee. This gives you a $10,000 live-funded tournament account to trade with during the qualification phase. There are no recurring fees or hidden charges.
Click the Register button on the website, complete the registration form, pay the $400 entry fee, and pass KYC verification. Once approved, your $10,000 tournament account will be activated.
Registration opens May 1, 2026 and closes August 1, 2026 — or when all 300,000 spots are filled, whichever comes first. We recommend registering early to secure your place.
No. Each participant is limited to one account. Duplicate accounts will be detected and disqualified. This rule is strictly enforced to ensure fair competition.
Traders from over 100 countries across 6 regions are eligible. Visit the Regions page for the full list of eligible countries. Participants must reside in an eligible country and pass KYC verification.
Trading & Competition
MetaTrader 5 (MT5). All participants trade on the same platform to ensure a level playing field. You will receive your MT5 login credentials after registration is complete.
No. All trading must be manual. Expert Advisors, bots, copy trading, trade mirroring, and any form of automated trading are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in disqualification.
Forex pairs, indices, and commodities. The full list of available instruments will be provided on your MT5 platform after registration.
Maximum drawdown is 10% of your initial $10,000 balance ($1,000). Daily drawdown limit is 5% of your starting daily equity ($500). Breaching either limit results in disqualification.
Rankings are based on percentage return on your $10,000 account. The top 166 traders from each of the 6 regions qualify for the Qatar Finals. Leaderboards are updated in real time.
Yes. You must trade on at least 10 different calendar days during the qualification phase to be eligible for qualification. This ensures all qualifiers demonstrate consistent activity.
Prizes & Payouts
$3,360,000 in total prizes. This includes $2,330,000 in Finals prizes, $630,000 in regional prizes (6 regions x $105,000), and $400,000 in special awards.
The $1,000,000 grand prize is awarded to the champion at the Finals ceremony in Doha, Qatar. Payouts are processed via bank transfer within 30 days of the event, subject to identity verification.
Yes. Each of the 6 regions awards $105,000 in prizes: 1st place ($50,000), 2nd ($25,000), 3rd ($15,000), 4th ($10,000), and 5th ($5,000). Regional prizes are awarded before the Finals.
Four special awards of $100,000 each: Top Risk Manager (best risk-adjusted returns), Top Female Trader (highest-performing female trader globally), Highest ROI (greatest percentage return), and Top Scalper (best scalping performance).
World Cup Finals
Top 166 traders from each of 6 regions (996 total) plus 4 special award winners qualify for the Finals in Qatar. Qualification is based on your percentage return during the May–October qualification period.
Yes. All 1,000 finalists receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Doha, Qatar, including round-trip flights, hotel accommodation, and meals for the duration of the event.
The Finals take place at Lusail Arena in Doha, Qatar — the iconic venue that hosted the 2022 FIFA World Cup Final. The event runs for 7–12 days in December 2026.
1,000 finalists trade live on stage with fresh $10,000 accounts. A live leaderboard is displayed on arena screens and streamed globally. The event concludes with a grand ceremony where the champion and all prize winners are announced.
Yes. All finalists receive a fresh $10,000 account for the Finals. Your qualification account balance does not carry over. The same trading rules and drawdown limits apply.
Technical & Platform
Up to 1:100 leverage. The exact leverage may vary by instrument. Leverage settings are the same for all participants to ensure fair competition.
Yes. Overnight positions are allowed. Weekend holding is also permitted. However, you are responsible for managing risk around market gaps.
After registration and KYC approval, you will receive MT5 login credentials via email and in your dashboard. Download MetaTrader 5 and log in with the provided credentials.
Yes, hedging within the same account is allowed. However, hedging across multiple accounts or coordinated hedging with other participants is strictly prohibited.

Registration opens May 1, 2026. Trading begins immediately upon account activation. The qualification phase runs from May through October 2026, with the Finals in December 2026 in Doha, Qatar.
The Trading World Cup Qatar 2026 is organized by Fyntra and ForexFundsFlow, with support from the Qatar Government Communication Office. It is the world's largest live-funded trading competition.
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of registration, provided you have not placed any trades on your tournament account. Once trading has commenced, no refunds are available.
